Project Regrow
Addressing climate change with drone technology for rapid seeding at scale
California’s record setting wildfire season in 2020 burned an estimated 4.4 million acres, did not go unnoticed, and Siddhant again set out to find a solution.
In 2021 he invented the multi-year award winning Project Regrow, for addressing climate change using drone technology for rapid seeding at scale. In 2022 the invention was further innovated upon and was featured on NBC CT’s Innovation awards.
In 2021, Siddhant’s Project Regrow was recognized by The Yale Club of Hartford with the Eli Whitney Award for outstanding achievement in the field of quality improvement. Additionally, at Invention Convention US Nationals presented by Raytheon Technologies, Siddhant was recognized as a US finalist.
